I got a call from colt bowden a little over a year ago…..he just called to say hello. The conversation was short and the only part I really remember was when I asked him if he still skated. I remember his reply was ‘I still skate..but just for recreational purposes’. I really liked the way he skated and I periodically check youtube to see if anyone ever uploads any of his older parts. I just found this the other day. Colt is a great skater…I guess this is what recreational skating looks like. I’m into it.

I may or may not be sending a box of chocolate/treats to the shop and/or warehouse sometime in the near future. Details are vague right now but I’m taking special orders if anyone has any. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, with berries, plain, with seeds, with nuts, with crystallized ginger, with puffed rice, green tea infused…..what ever you want, let me know.

…I usually really dislike the term ‘favorite skater’. I feel like it gets thrown out there way too loosely. Skaters are constantly changing the way they skate and people are constantly changing their minds on what they think makes a good skateboarder. Its too heavy of a title to try to maintain. (More …)
